Hybrid Load Balance Efficiency

The Hybrid Load Balance Efficiency (HLBE) is computed as the ratio between Average Useful Computation Time and the Maximum Useful Computation Time.

It can be expressed as:

\[HLBE = \frac{Average Useful Computation Time}{Maximum Computation Time}\]

But it can also be expressed in terms of Hybrid Parallel Efficiency (HPE) and Hybrid Communication Efficiency (HCE):

\[HLBE = \frac{HPE}{HCE}\]
